We review your workflows, measure today’s effort and name the three processes where AI pays back fastest — or tell you plainly where it does not.

Step 2
Fixed-price pilot
from €15,000
6–8 weeks, fixed price
One AI agent or automation for one process — connected to your existing systems, running in production and measured against the baseline.

- Build and integration with ERP, CRM, DMS or email
- Exit point after week 2 — you only pay for work delivered
- Hosted in the EU, European models on request
- Logging, approvals and permissions from day one
- Measured against the baseline; code and documentation handed over

AI literacy workshop

A half or full day for leadership and key staff: what AI can do in your workflows, where it stops and what Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires of you.

All prices net, plus VAT. Payment by bank transfer or in Bitcoin.

Why do you publish your prices?
Unpredictable costs are one of the most common reasons companies never start an AI project. With fixed starting prices you know what to expect before the first conversation.
What does the final price depend on?
On the number of processes and sites, how many systems need connecting and whether they have interfaces. You receive the fixed pilot price at the end of the assessment.
What is not included?
Running costs for AI models and hosting are not included. We estimate them upfront in the assessment and bill them transparently – for typical back-office processes they are small compared with the working time saved.
Can we start directly with the pilot?
If the process, data and systems are already clear, yes. In most cases the assessment saves money because it prevents the wrong pilot.
How does the pilot exit point work?
After week 2 we show a first working version with measurements. You decide whether to continue. If you stop, you pay only for the work delivered.
Can we pay in Bitcoin?
Yes. We quote in euros. Instead of a bank transfer you can pay the Bitcoin equivalent at the time of invoicing – on-chain or via Lightning, directly to us with no payment processor.
